Imminent Reshuffle at NRM Secretariat, RDCs, Permanent Secretaries and Ministers- Politicians running to witch doctors and pastors
A Pending Reshuffle at the NRM Secretariat, RDCs, Permanent Secretaries, and Ministers has led to Politicians seeking luck from witch doctors and pastors.
Public Opinions has learned from reliable sources that many politicians, especially those holding political appointment positions, are spending large sums of money on witch doctors, pastors, and sheikhs to secure reappointment or appointment.
Our sources indicate that President Museveni, the son of Amos Kaguta from Rwakitura, is preparing to reshuffle his cabinet and the NRM Secretariat. Last year, Public Opinions reported that most Directors at the NRM Secretariat are not dedicated to the NRM Party and President Museveni, but instead use party resources for personal mobilization in their constituencies and districts. This sent a strong painful signal to President Museveni, who will soon take action against them.
According to intelligence sources close to state power, only NRM Secretary General Richard Todwongo and National Treasurer Hon Nekesa Barbra Lumolo are not pursuing any constituency.
President Museveni is also planning a nationwide reshuffle of Resident District Commissioners (RDCs) and Resident City Commissioners (RCCs). He is dissatisfied with the performance of most RDCs, who are involved in political infighting, mobilizing for the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), or engaging in corrupt activities and defending corrupt politicians.
Some RDCs are drunkards, thieves, corrupt, and incompetent, failing to engage people in appreciating NRM Government programs. Instead, they have facilitated criminals to perpetrate land grabbing and corruption in their districts.
Due to widespread corruption and poor service delivery, President Museveni plans to purge Permanent Secretaries, expel some, and bring in new faces. Most will be retained, while others will face CID investigations for corruption-related charges.
President Museveni aims to assemble a strong and dedicated team to achieve the 2024/2025 Budget Theme: “Full Monetisation of Uganda’s Economy” through Commercial Agriculture, Industrialisation, Expanding and Broadening Services, Digital Transformation, and Market Access.
The need for reshuffle at the NRM Secretariat is evident due to:Lack of dedication among NRM Secretariat directors,Infightings,Poor performance, etc.
Ministers, RDCs, and Permanent Secretaries are fearful, knowing their fate hangs in the balance.
According to the text, President Museveni is reshuffling the Resident District Commissioners (RDCs) for several reasons, including: Many RDCs are involved in political infighting, which is distracting them from their duties,Some RDCs are mobilizing for the PLU, which may indicate a conflict of interest or divided loyalty,RDCs are engaging in corrupt activities, such as facilitating land grabbing and corruption in their districts,Some RDCs are drunkards, thieves, corrupt, and incompetent, failing to engage people in appreciating NRM Government programs, etc.
President Museveni is dissatisfied with the performance of most RDCs, leading to a need for new faces and a stronger team.By reshuffling the RDCs, President Museveni aims to address these issues, ensure accountability, and assemble a strong and dedicated team to achieve his vision for Uganda’s development.
Five reasons why Museveni is a good president:
- Decisive leadership
- Commitment to progress
- Accountability
- Adaptability
- Visionary leadership
