Uganda has over 4000 Factories in need of competent people. There are thousands of companies and organizations in Uganda and in east Africa.

Our focus is to disseminate profiles of competent Ugandans to potential employers in both public and private sector in Uganda and the East African Region.

Mabingo Sharif Hakim-Advocate of the High Court of Uganda

Mabingo Sharif Hakim is a Ugandan Lawyer and Advocate of the High Court of Uganda specializing in tax, corporate advisory, Islamic banking, immigration and litigation matters.

Born on the 27th of July 1991 in Kayunga District to Dr. Sazir Nsubuga Mayanja and Amina Bukirwa, he attended Lohana Academy for his Primary Education and completed his Secondary Education at Kawempe Muslim Secondary school where he was the Head Prefect.

In 2010, He joined Uganda Christian University for a Bachelor of Laws Degree and served as a student leader in the capacity of Member of Guild Parliament (representing Non-Resident students) and Minister for Health from 2013-2014 when he completed the Bachelor of Laws Degree. In 2015, he was admitted to the Law Development Center in Kampala where He attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal practice. He further holds a Certificate in Banking from the Uganda institute of Banking and Financial Services.

Sharif is a member of the Uganda Law Society and East Africa Law Society.

He is a founding partner at KBM advisory, a tax, company, finance, investment and legal advisory firm based in Kampala.

Sharif is also a youth leader and mobilizer having participated and organized various youth empowerment and skilling programs in and around Kampala region.

He is the CEO of Wenzi organization a youth mentorship, skilling and out-doors education organization that has mentored several youths in entrepreneurship and business management skills.  

He is a writer, critical thinker, sports enthusiast, humanitarian and NRM cadre.
