PROFILE:
I am an independent Social Researcher who has worked in both local and international funded projects in management or coordination capacity. The experiences I have gotten over the past ten years have further exposed me to working with diverse people especially at the grassroots as well as stakeholders, both within the public and private sectors in improving and touching lives of the poor and underserved population like children and women as well as promoting access to fundamental services. I am a goal oriented Team Player who is flexible and passionate about achieving results within the stipulated timelines.

Co-Researcher TETFUND Grant on Old Age Security and Effectiveness of Pensions among Federal and State Pensioners in Ibadan Metropolis
- Worked closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) to produce the proposal and the data collection tool
- Monitoring adherence to the funding expectations of TETFUND grant by tracking expenditure and report the status of the project budget to the PI
- Planning and procuring required items and resources needed to support project implementation
- Assisting the PI in reporting both technical and financial project activities to TETFUND;
- Working with the PI on the literature search by reviewing empirical literature on Pensions spanning peer reviewed journals, expert commentaries/opinions, policy briefs and expert technical papers, program descriptions and evaluation documents
- Conducting Key Informant, In-depth Interviews and Focus Group Discussions across selected Organizations within Oyo States after due advocacy and entry to the organizations involved.
- Managing support team members and Facilitate the quantitative field data collection along with Research Assistants

Collaborative Study on “Costs, efficiency and the role of management in HIV prevention interventions for female sex workers (FSW) in Nigeria” project, funded by the Gates Foundation Executed by Institute of Public Health, Mexico (INSP), National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) and Society for Family Health (SFH)
- Nationwide Data collection on FSW costing using Qualtrics
- Using retrospective and prospective data collection to understand management practices and intervention costs
- Capacity Building of CBOs working with FSWs in 13 states to measure the costs of implementing HIV prevention interventions and linkage services for Female Sex Workers (FSW) in Nigeria, so as to analyse the determinants associated with efficiency
- Monitoring of CBOs to evaluate experimentally the role of management practices on efficiency
- Using a “design thinking” approach to define organizational needs and opportunities to design an intervention

Development and Launch of the Violence against Children (VAC) Response Plan in FCT
Sustainable Mechanisms for Improving Livelihoods and Household Empowerment (SMILE) project
- The aim of the plan was to adopt and implement Laws and Policies that prevent and respond to violence, enhance and scale up efforts to prevent violence, to enhancing the response to violence, to increase investment in child protection, to strengthen research, monitoring and evaluation on violence against children.
- Sensitization planning meetings in the Area Councils with each of the following groups: religious leaders, media and traditional leaders to develop priority response for VAC-FCT response plan; the meetings were geared towards capturing the plans from these key institutions in supporting the advocacy visits for VAC response.
- Meetings with the Technical Working Group (TWG) members to review and validate the VAC response plan for FCT with the support from a consultant.
- Final Launching of the Violence against Children Response Plan for FCT; the VAC Launch was preceded with a series of activities like road show match, press conference, advocacy visits to key Government institutions such as Education, Health, Justice, Police and Media houses in FCT to solicit their support towards publicizing Violence Against Children (VAC).
- Continuous dissemination of the printed FCT VAC Response Plan to all stakeholders
