President Donald Trump’s new immigration order will remove Iraq from the list of countries whose citizens face a temporary U.S. travel ban according to Public Opinions International which had high profile communication with one of the top aide in White House and officials at the Pentagon.
Four officials say the decision follows pressure from the Pentagon and State Department.They had urged the White House to reconsider Iraq’s inclusion given its key role in fighting the Islamic State group, it added.Trump is expected to sign the new order soon which is removing Iraq from the list. This is a clear indication of the influence of Pentagon and the USA State Department on the foreign Policy of the United States of America (USA).
USA is leading a Global coalition to fight ISIS in Iraq but in the same manner USA is spearheading campaign for rebuilding of a moderb and prosperous Iraq.
