The Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCI) has been nominated for the Global Sustainable Business Award in appreciation of its contribution towards attainment of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and attainment of Global Prosperity through its work. ECCI has been at the forefront of promoting responsible investments in Estonia. It has promoted and encouraged companies in Estonia to uphold and promote international best practices and standards such as respect for rights of workers, environmental protection, elimination of all forms of corruption, payment of taxes, provision of high quality products and services, etc.
The ECCI as played a greater role in adoption of better economic fiscal and monetary policies in Estonia which has helped to transform Estonia as one of the most respected economics on earth with high degree of confidence by investors around the world.
