Allow me to simplify for you the Sudan Ongoing War (Who are the International Players).
In 2019, Gen Abdel Fattah Burhan and Gen Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo toppled President Omar Bashir. The two formed a Transitional sovereign Council led by Gen Abdel Fattah Burhan as President and Chairman of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF).Gen Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo is the Deputy President who is also the commander of the Rapid Support Forces which was formed by Janjaweed fighters in Darfur.Dagalo commanded the Janjaweed militia in Darfur region in a war that claimed over 300,000 civilians.
As of now the two fell out and are fighting each other for State Power.

Gen Abdel Fattah Burhan (President) is supported by:
- United States of America (USA)
- Uganda
- Egypt
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- Israel
The above want transition to a fully-fledged Civilian rule and integrating Rapid Support Forces into the National Army under one Central command.
Gen Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo
He is the Deputy Head of State and Commander of the Rapid Support Forces formerly Janjaweed Militants. He is supported by:
- Russia
- China
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arabs Emirates
- Libyan Faction led by Martial Khalifa Haftari of Benghazi and Tobluk based Libyan Government
- Wagner Group
- Kenya trying to be on both sides but mostly with Dagalo
Gen Dagalo wanted civilian rule but led by himself. He is so far controlling the gold fields and one of the top 5 richest in Sudan. The above countries want the Rapid Support Forces integrated into the National Army but with Gen Dagalo as the President and armed forces commander.
