Kabugo ibrah was Born on Saturday night of 24 October 1987 at Masaka hospital commonly known as Mulago masaka
His father was Captain Kabugo twaha one of the kadogo who fought hard to bring H. E president Yoweri kaguta Museveni in Power by 1985
His Mother Miss Nannyonga Mary Kabugo was a political leader at all local government levels within masaka District. She is now an opinion leader with a remarkable contribution towards women empowerment within the region
Kabugo ibrah went to Kimaanya primary and nursary school and did his final primary leaving examinations at St Anthony Gayaza primary school
He was a trained boy scout in the school as well as a leader In his tenure in primary level.
He joined Blessed sacrament ss Kimaanya for both his O & A level studies. He was a president for many school social clubs such as interact club, Zambogo, the writers club, and the drummer club
Kabugo ibrah was a talented sportsman and his school legacy and championship beyond re-approach is still remembered. He was a leader in various positions during this period and stay at Blessed sacrament ss Kimaanya from 2004-2009
He was recruited as the greater masaka students representative at Dp UYD by Hon mukasa Fred Denis Mbidde by 2006
He was one of the the beneficiaries who got scholarship from the United Arab Emirates through the Uganda Moslem supreme council to study in UAE at the university of Wollongong.
He was then awarded with the Bachelors of science in quality management by 2013
At the university, he was the first African elected guild president at the university of Wollongong
He did his internship with the supreme group who later retained him as the a quality assurance supervisor in the production free zone in the UAE
He Was taken to Afghanistan by the company to provide support services in the areas of NATO forces and ISAAF Forces based in Kandahar and Bastion
He was repatriated back to Uganda when the US government end it’s operation in Afghanistan by 2014
He served as the chairperson for Ugandans in Afghanistan based in leatherneck and Kandahar
He was assigned as a Camp boss in the rift Valley oil region in Uganda by supreme group under the tullow oils Uganda in provision of catering services, support services, Camp management among other things with the capacity of 500 people on board within the two oils base camps in kisinja Hoima District and Buliisa base Camp In Buliisa District
Following the oil rigs changes made under tullow oils Uganda which led to the shutting down of the oil Camp in Kisanja and laying down of worker he left the oil City by 2015
Mr kabugo ibrah joined the politics after being supported by his long time friends The late Hon. Suzan Namaganda and Hon Mukasa Fred Denis Mbidde and contested as on the Democratic Party card for the parliamentary elections and lost the primaries.
And currently he is the direct elected District councillor for Kimaanya kyabakuza division at masaka District local government 2016-2021
He is the committee chairperson for production marketing and natural resource at masaka District
He is the secretary for Democratic Party masaka District verification committee
And secretary for Democratic Party executive Kimaanya kyabakuza division
He is an icon who designed the master plan for the continued winning of various political positions within masaka District
He works with Red Cross masaka as a volunteer
He is among the fish farmer in the region
He is the chairperson of mutima gumu youth association masaka
He is a visionary, motivating, charisma, and reliable prospering leaders we shall see tomorrow.
He is a married man to Nankabirwa Hajarah with Three children
