Kamugisha Blaise is the National Coordinator of the Crime Prevention Movement and Executive Director of Executive Director of National Crime Preventers Forum which is a mass movement that boosts of Eleven Million Crime Preventers with a Network up to village level in all parts of Uganda.
He is the only Son of a humble peasant family of the late Kamugisha Bernard. He was born in poverty and grew up in poverty but he was such a great learner who always wanted to learn from old people in his village. He survived and was raised by a single Mother Ms.Kemigisha Justine.
He attended Kabateraine Memorial School in Mbarara District and completed from Kitooma Primary School in Isingiro District in western Uganda.
Kamugisha Blaise attended Eden International School. He joined Mbarara High School-Chapa from where he attained Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE).
He was Head Prefect:- Kabateraine Memorial School
He served as Deputy Head Prefect:-Eden International School and Mbarara High School at O’level in both schools.
He served as Chairman School Council at Mbarara High School
He was President UNSA-Greater Mbarara
He served as NRM Chairman Makerere University Chapter
Kamugisha Blaise is currently pursuing a Bachelors of law at Makerere law school-Makerere University.
He is rumored within the youth corridors to be one of the most powerful and inspiring youth given the impact I have had on most young people in Uganda.
