Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF)

UGANDA PEOPLES’ DEFENSE FORCES (UPDF) was nominated for The 2017-2018 Uganda Quality and Standards Award in recognition of its commitment to provide high Quality Defense Services to the people and Government of Uganda.

UPDF will also feature in the 2017-2018 Uganda Sustainable Development FactBook which publishes profiles and Logos of NGOs,Public and Private Sector Agencies which contributes towards attainment of the Uganda Vision 2040 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in Uganda. We note its commitment to pay taxes,employing Ugandans,and upholding International Best Principles and standards.

UPDF will participate in The 1st Uganda CEOs Dinner and Roundtable on Sustainable Development to be attended strictly by Invited Chief Executives,and Managing Directors of selected Companies and Organisations in which they will interact with Officials from Government Bodies, NGOs and Diplomatic Missions. A special dinner and media Interview for CEOs will be held in which CEOs will interviewed by Media on sustainable Development Goals and Uganda Vision 2040.
